We have lots of concerns about the latest Princes Parade report to be discussed at cabinet next Wednesday. Although the preferred option for the new leisure centre is now The Green (with Princes Parade still the fallback option) this doesn’t in any way save Princes Parade as they are relying on selling part of the site for housing to part fund the new facility.
