After we made this video which refers to 150 new homes the council passed a resolution ( on 28.5.14) saying that there would be no more than 36 dwellings. However on 13 April 2016 cabinet agreed to prepare a planning application for 150 new homes and the planning application submitted in Sept 2017 is for outline permission for 150 homes and a detailed application for the leisure centre.
